Mozilla is rolling out DNS over HTTPS, a security and privacy measure that encrypts DNS requests. They do a good job of explaining it, but in short, it encrypts DNS requests and responses. This makes it harder to spoof DNS and DNS servers have much less data that they can collect about you.
