WP Performance & Security version 0.8 released

A long overdue update to the WP Performance & Security plugin has been released and version 0.8 is now available in the WP plugin library.

The update includes some improvements to the handling of custom post type queries, the ability to enable or disable the Links Manager, an update to the Google Analytics tracking code, and some minor code improvements.

The ability to enable SVG uploads has been removed from the plugin after recent changes to WordPress broke the old method. Purpose built plugins, such as Enable SVG Uploads are a better solution.
